"Sarah Blasko, Kid Sam and Urthboy are among the artists nominated for the 2009 Australian Music Prize.

The prestigious award, which recognises original albums by Australian bands, is now in its fifth year. The Drones, Augie March, The Mess Hall and Eddy Current Suppression Ring have taken out the $30,000 prize in previous years.

Check out this promo for Bondi Rescue, Pirouette is the featured track!

Had a few issues with Coin Laundry.. People have been tossing their dollars on stage when we play that song at gigs. It was fun for a while, but when we played the Sunset Sounds festival in Brisbane just after new years, a stray coin managed to hit my drummer, Rob, in the eye! Check out the results!! Don't throw coins people, it's dangerous!
